Moonlight Island's busiest city(which is saying a lot; the Moonlight Islands aren't really a busy city kind of place), this is the grand central of all things Pokemon in Moonlight. Also home to Yuni Mercury's Team Tsunami HQ, as well as Timar's Pokemon gym, it's quite the sight at night, when lights illumnate the city.

Near the coast of Moonlight Island's finest beach, on Moonlight's second island, lies New Cianwood. The Watmel Festival is hosted at the beach, but the true attraction is Zelda and her blazin' hot Ninetales!
