Rosie looked slightly put out when Willow stole all of Alex's attention and even more so when he slid into the pool. "No thanks" she said with a faint smile and wandered over to Erika, who appeared to be the only person in the room who wasn't swimming, or didn't like her because of the little electricity accident earlier on. "How can he be so insensitive eh? It took me hours to get ready, i really wanted to impress him and now he'd rather be swimming." She said to the pikachu, drying her off in a towel and scooping her up. "Sometimes I wonder if we'd be better off alone."
Rosetta on the other hand was in the pool in a flash, with no invitation, eating her pizza before hand... of course.

Alex stood in the pool for a few moments, mortified. Nice going, twit, his inner voice snickered at him as he clambered out, extremely embarrassed. He headed straight for the nearest private space and quickly dried himself and changed back into his smart-ish clothes. Taking a deep breath, he went over to Rosie and Erika. "Umm...hi...sorry," he said finaly. "I...um...want to dance?" The sound system was now strumming out a slow song, and Alex held his hand out to Rosie.

Rosie reluctantly took Alex's hand maybe he can make up for being a jerk she thought and let a small smile appear on her face, even if only for a moment. Patiently waited for him to move.

Rachel grinned at the pair, and moved over to the table. Sitting down in the middle, able to reach her favourite food, she loaded her plate with chocolate mousse, fried pidgey and some berries imported from Johto. Maybe it was an odd mix, but she didn't mind the conflicting flavours and dug right in. She was halfway through the chocolate mousse when she realised that the use of a spoon might be useful. Since there were none nearby (the scientists had forgotten to set the table properly), she waved her hand towards the end of the table, and the small tablespoon sitting at an absent place flew over to her, nearly whacking her in the face, but before it could do so she deftly caught it. Then she restarted her meal, adding more food as she finished the mousse and fried pidgey, such as blood-red berries from the edge of Darkness Forest near Darnov and some doduo pizza. OOC: Yeah, we eat pokemon food. Simply because they wouldn't have the animals we do in the pokemon world. Also I thought it would be fun to reintroduce doduo pizza, since I gave it a mention in my story

OOC: doduo...pizza...wtf... BIC: Alex breathed a small sigh of relief and led Rosie to the window, where the sun was just beginning to set. The shimmering disc sent waves of red and orange across the horizon, lighting up the few clouds in the evening sky and sparkling through the forest trees, as if fairies were flying to and fro under the darkening heavens. Perfect, thought Alex wistfully, as he drew Rosie close and swayed to the music.

Hooves thundered through the corridors of the labs. Papers were throws up in the air, instantly catching fire. A huge, hot wind blew through all the corridors and scientists were thrown from their feet. The source of the commotion galloped towards the party. The scientist on the door was flung from his feet. A huge and flaming Rapidash skidded to a halt in the middle of the room, rearing up and neighing loudly. "You call this a party?" the rider shouted mockingly, looking around at the few people standing in the hall. A few of the younger guests had hidden behind the taller ones and were trembling with fear. Rosie suddenly grabbed Alex and held him close, her heart thumping like crazy. Rosetta crouched low in the pool but thinking better of it grabbed a towel and her clothes and dashed off to get changed. Zelda laughed, a huge grin appearing on her face as Epona whinnied loudly again.

Liz who had now looked up after the swimming pool water had been shaking violently said, "Who do you think you are, crashing in here and smashing the place up! What do you wanna do kill people?!" Extremly peeved, Liz climbed out of the pool, grabbed her shirt and marched up to Zelda, "Listen, I'm a gym leader, cross me again and I'll have something to laugh about!"
Ami, who had now joined Liz, was looking extremly embarrassed as her sister went back to the pool to play with the pokemon, "Sorry about her, she gets angry easily, I'm Ami, and that was Liz, who're you?"

Rachel marched over to the intruder, all thoughts of food and peace forgotten. 'Zelda, I may have invited you, but that doesn't mean you can terrify my guests out of their wits,' she said calmly, teleporting a sugar cube over for Rapidash. 'Please dismount, and join everyone else. The meal was about to begin.' This last sentance she called out loud, making everyone aware that they were now meant to sit down at the table. She had purposefully set out no name labels so everyone could sit where they liked, and the pokemon had their food scattered around the table as well for the trainers to give to them.
OOC: What do you think, everyone in the pokemon world is vegetarian? C'mon, we all need meat! Even if it is Doduo!

Willow literally flew out of the pool and, dragging Ebony behind her, crashed into a seat and piled a bit of everything she could reach onto her plate. Alex smiled down at Rosie and, kissing her forehead softly, gently detached her arms from around his body and took her hand. Smiling broadly, he strode over to the table and pulled out a chair for Rosie, bowing slightly as he did so.
Just as everyone had seated themselves, a small blue-robed figure with a sword on her back slipped past the scientist at the door and stood for a while in the middle of the room, trying to work out what was going on...and also what that trembling feeling from her saber meant - Oh no... Ki thought in shock, nobody told me there would be a swimming pool...and water... Before she knew it, her body had lifted itself into the air as her sword, glowing icily down her back, emitted a low, musical wail.
The other guests felt something ripple through them as the sword's hum grew louder and higher; suddenly a wave of water rose from the pool and swirled around Ki's levitating body, and she watched in horror as half the room became drenched - again. Meanwhile her sword, let out a final shriek and with a flash of blue light, absorbed what water was left in the air. Fully saturated, the now dull saber allowed Ki's blue-slippered feet to touch the ground and returned to its original position, slung low on her back. The small girl seemed to shrink further as she looked around at the half-destroyed party. Taking a deep breath, she turned towards the dinner table and bit her lip. She wasn't going to get out of this one easily.

Rachel glared at Ki, then shook her head violently to get rid of the water resting lightly on top of it. She was the least drenched, having protected herself at the last second with a psychic shield - but not before some water got her. The other guests hadn't been so lucky, and they all looked furious.
She gave a sigh again, and turned towards the uninvited traveller. 'Ki. I didn't invite you for a reason. I can see into the future, you know,' she said, and aimed a small psywave at the girl's feet, hoping to trip her up. 'And control your weapon, or don't bring it. Be responsible for once.' Then she turned back to her food, intent on eating as much of the dryest food as she could.

"Actually I don't remember receiving my invitation either." Zelda said, trying to calm the rearing Epona, who, naturally, didn't like being covered in water. "Nice sword by the way" Zelda said, turning and grinning slyly at Ki.
Rosetta, who had luckily vacated the pool and gone to get changed again, before the food, peered in through the door at the soaking mess, which used to be a party. She stood in the door and looked around, completely amazed at the scene in front of her and contemplating how it could have possibly happened in the five minutes she had been away. She waved over at the table, trying to attract Willow's attention.

Ki blushed deep red from both Rachel's and Zelda's comments, and muttered an apology to everyone present. Nodding a goodbye to Zelda, she made to leave.
Alex, who had jumped between Rosie and the freak tidal wave, was now one of the most soaked people in the room. He winced at the state of his ruined suit and new tie, then turned to Rosie. "Well, that woke us all up," he grinned.
"Rosetta!!!" Two seconds and a lot of splashing later, Willow had thrown her arms around the girl before remembering her drenched state. Jumping three feet backwards in horror, she started apologising profusely to Rosetta, flailing her arms and legs and generally getting even wetter as she did so.

Rachel rolled her eyes at the guests, uninvited and all. To be honest, I don't care,' she muttered, and turned to walk out of the hall. 'If you need me, I'll be getting changed,' she stated, and grabbed a few berries before sweeping out, leaving the others to sort themselves out.
Once out of the hall, she ran to her old room, trying to keep the tears contained. Scientists jumped out of her way as she teleported from corridor to staircase, staircase to landing, landing to bedroom in her anger and distress. Once there, she flung herself onto the bed, letting the tears flow onto her covers. 'Why?! Why does everything have to go wrong!' she cried out, muffling her voice with the thin sheets. 'Why can't something go right for once...' she said, calming down slightly, and standing up. Wiping the tears from her face, she teleported all the pokemon she had released into the hall to her room and returned them. Looking out of the window, she muttered, 'I have to get out of here...' and teleported away, leaving her guests to sort themselves out and enjoy the party without her.

Rosetta jumped out of the way of the storming teenager, so as not to get flattened by her. Felling very sorry for her the 'setta thought of following, but decided that she probably wanted to be alone. Turning back to the scene in front of her Rosetta walked solemnly passed willow, with a small smile, and up to Hydro. "I'm sorry your party wasn't a success. Hopefully your wedding won't be as bad." she said, with another small smile. *** "What's up with her?" Zelda asked, knowing full well that it was partly her fault that Rachel was upset. "Maybe we should get going... Before someone starts throwing things at us!" *** "MY HERO"
