OOC: Hey guys, here's the pokemon-only RP we promised! Here you can either be a wild pokemon, or one of your trainers' pokemon. I think we'll only have one pokemon per member to start off with, but if all goes well I may expand that. So, if it's trained, remember to say whose it is, and if it's wild, well, say so. All pokemon talk is to be translated into english please, no conversations no one can understand. And please keep to basic or baby pokemon if they're wild, and don't say your trained pokemon's a flygon if it's only a trapinch with your trainer. Keep to the rules of the board, and have fun! Good luck! BIC: Rachel had dropped her Blaziken off at the daycare centre a while ago, but hadn't come back to pick him up yet. Getting more bored by the second, the old couple had let him start a camp for wld pokemon and other trained ones that had been left behind at the centre. Grinning, Blaze helped the two lift some tents into position around a circular area, that the pokemon would use for gatherings, and generally hanging out. The expanse used for the centre's pokemon was completely open to all pokemon who wanted to look around, meaning that the woods, rivers, hills, lakes, fields and the small desert area were all available for use. Having finished their preparations, the old couple went back to the centre. Blaze watched them go, then gathered a few nearby twigs. A short ember attack forced them into flame, creating the perfect camp picture. 'Perfect,' muttered Blaze, and sat down to wait for the first arrivals.

Info: pokemon=trapinch. wild. name=anabis.
A small and rough looking tranpinch was crawling along, a saddened look on his face. As he passed the pokemon camp he smelt the fresh fire and was enticed by it. He slowly moved towards it and seeing there was no people about, entered. The two tents were like mountains, looming over the tiny pokemon as he looked around the camp. He saw a large blaziken standing by the fire and walked towards it. Smiling, it spoke: "Fire......."
((OOC: thanks for using my flygon as an example rachel!!! hope your happy, now i'm stuck with my least favourate of pokemon until i can save a few lives and become a flygon!!))

OOC: Katie, you can be either. And that's ok elex, I couldn't get that blasted thing out of my head. BIC: Grinning at the trapinch, Blaze waved a hand around the clearing. 'You can stay if you want. We need as many as we can get,' he said, and sat down to wait for more pokemon to arrive.

Charmander hopped about as it watched Blaze and the two daycare workers erect a camp site. It wasn't often that anything like this happened around the daycare center. The small orange pokemon moved forward as Blaze lit the fire. The flame on Charmanders tail flared up as it ran excitedly toward Blaze.
"Hey!" The small fire type chirped "Can I join you?"

The blaziken looked down at the small charmander, and grinned again. 'Sure, make yourself comfortable,' he said, and stood up once more. Glancing around quickly, he ran out of the main campsite area and grabbed a few berries from the nearby bushes. Coming back, he put some of them on a stick and held this over the fire. The berries soon became deep red in colour, ready to eat. Blaze quickly pulled the stick away from the flames and ate the berries one by one. Offering those that were still uncooked to the other pokemon, he mumbled, 'Want to try?' through his full mouth.

The trapinch grabed a few berries in its huge mouth and swollowed them whole. It smiled happily as it watched the flame on the end of the charmander's tail. It sat down, resting its tiny legs. After wandering for days, he had fianlly found a home.

A young male Pikachu was jumping happily from tree to tree when a rustling noise caught his attention, stopping in his tracks to perch on a sturdy tree branch as he stared out of the leaves to investigate. A large, humanoid creature was plucking berries from a bush, taking no notice of the small Pokemon gazing down at it.
What's this I see?! A huge unidentified creature! Is it a Pokemon? the Pikachu thought as he watched the creature go. He paused a few moments to get his mind straight, finally giving a nod and yelping a loud, "I must investigate this enigma!"
With a cry he leaped off the branch and dived for the earth, going into a summersault seconds before landing to cussion the blow. Immediately he was on his feet tearing after the large creature, passing by a massive structure before skidding to a stop in the middle of a clearing. He stood up straight and gazed around: other Pokemon were present as well, all of which stared back at him curiously.
"What... what is... What is the meaning of this gathering? A plot overthrow the king?!" he spun on the balls of his feet to point straight up at the large fiery creature that he'd seen before, yelling defiantly, "And you, large creature of mystery! Answer me this! Are you also a Pokemon?"

Camerupt slumbered up to see Blaze. He knew this pokémon, and they were good friends, as their trainers, Rachel and Hydro, were boyfriend and girlfriend, and Blaze and Camerupt had worked together in the past, but now they were sat in the Summer Camp, having a nice holiday. "Hi Blaze!" shouted Camerupt up the hill.

Rosie entered the Day Care centre, practically dragging her Pikachu along behind her. "Come on Eri! It's only a week. You'll make plenty of friends!" The girl pleaded with her Pokemon. A few minutes later, when Rosie had managed to detach Erika from her leg, the small Pikachu entered in a sulk. Slouching down by the fire she sat and frowned.

Aipom woke to the hustle and bustle that could only mean one thing: new arrivals. Jumping out of his normal perch in the Daycare garden, he swung over to the back door and peered into the building. Chuckling randomly to himself, he ran over to the entrance where he'd just seen a vaguely familiar trainer go out. On the way, he glanced over at the fire and stopped - why was that Pikachu so sad?
Losing no time with introductions, Aipom ran across and bounced over the pokemon's head. "What's up with you?"

"She left me" the Pikachu replied, not even bothering to look at who was asking. She stared on into the dancing flames, askiog why.

Aipom rolled his eyes - camp was no place for the depressed and lethargic! Summoning his vast reserves of mischief and energy, he patted the Pikachu playfully on the head with his tail and grinned wildly at it. "You shouldn't look at it that way," he said, peering comically into the pokemon's round face. "You never know, she might have taken you here so that she can plan a big surprise for you when you get back!" Then, as his memory of the brief holiday on Black Island finally caught up with him: "Or maybe so she can spend an...interesting...week with my trainer, which I don't think either of us would want to be anywhere near," he said wickedly.

Blaze grinned at the new arrivals, looking particularly at the curious pikachu. 'Yes, I am a pokemon, as it happens,' he said, chuckling slightly. 'Have you never seen a Blaziken before? The name's Blaze. Good to meet you.' Then, seeing Camerupt labouring up the hill, he yelled out, 'Heya Camerupt! Come for the camp?' Seeing an old friend brought his hopes for the camp up, and so many pokemon seemed to be showing up. However, the other pikachu didn't look very comfortable. Wandering over to it casually, he sat down again and looked at it, smiling gently. 'What's the matter? Sorry, I don't know your name...' he said, and offered some berries to it. 'Want to join in?'

OOC: It's gonna be wierd with two Pikachu's in the topic *waves at Josh* Charmander growled cheerfully as more and more pokemon arrived. He was particularly happy to see Camerupt, he'd always felt more comfortable around other fire types. "I wonder what we'll do first, something fun I hope." Charmander said wagging his tail gently. He loved being in a group and having other pokemon to talk to. It could get lonely sometimes when you only have yourself for company.

"Erika and no" the little Pikachu said grumpily. The anger started to build up in her again and sparks flew from Erika's cheeks, meaning that she was going probably going to explode in a wild and electric outburst very soon.

Blaze eyed the pikachu, and closed his eyes. 'You don't have to if you don't want to,' he muttered, and moved away from the offensive pokemon. Picking up another twig, he slid a few more berries on and started to cook them. He put the remaining fruit on the ground beside him, free for anyone to take.
As soon as his berries were finished, the blaziken ate them quickly and swallowed. Relishing the taste briefly, he stood up and headed towards one of the tents. 'If anyone else comes, tell me. If not, feel free to look around, and if anyone needs help, get me,' he said, and entered the tent. Soft grass welcomed him, along with soft lighting and his pokeball. He had no intention of sleeping in that, but he kept it near him nevertheless. Settling down on the grass, he smiled and slipped into a light nap.

"A Blaziken..." the Pikachu murmured to himself in awe as he watched Blaze move around the group, soon revolving his gaze to rest on the so-called 'Camerupt'. "That creature must be a Pokemon too! Amazing! Simply amazing!" His ears perked happily at this exciting discovery. Could this be what an 'evolved' Pokemon looks like? So mighty and strong? I must experience this wonder for myself! It was only when his excitement began to fade did another sensation set in - a strange tingling down his spine - and he turned to find source. His body immediately went ridged. A... A female! Here?!" his thoughts yelped as he stared wide-eyed at the female Pikachu. She hadn't seemed to notice him yet, though it wasn't too much of a shock. He knew deep down he was still unworthy of the affection of another, especially one as beautiful as this... She looks so upset... he thought as the female's cheeks crackled furiously. Is there nothing I can do to aid her suffering...? I must try!Clenching his fists tightly, which began to tremble wildly, the male Pikachu slowly approached the other. He stood silently before her for a few moments before finally clearing his throat and saying as confidently as he could muster, "My fair creature, it breaks my heart to see one as magnificent as yourself in such a saddened state... I'd be honored to aid you in anyway possible if it would simply put a smile on your face." Sweeping his arm out to the side, the Pikachu gave a bow and continued, "I am known as Link, and I apologize if I am being too forward... but would you be able to grace a lowly solider such as myself with your name?" OOC: ... Oh, c'mon! If you didn't see the "Link" name coming you only have yourself to blame

Slightly confused by the language used by "Link" Erika stared up at him with curious eyes. Seeing another Pikachu look back into them she gained a little trust in him. "Erika" she replied simply, with a little sigh. I may as well make the most of this then, seeing as i'm gonna be here for a whole week. Looking back up at Link she found a small smile creeping onto her face, and letting her anger break she let it creep a little further.

I don't have a name, Aipom thought bitterly, but if having one means talking like I have a pole up my arse, I'll pass thank you very much. Outwardly he grinned at the newcomer and turned back to Erika, "Well, you two have fun, I'll get snacks," he said as he crossed the room and ran outside for berries.

OOC: Wha!?!? I thought everyone was already outside..... Charmander turned to look at the well spoken Pikachu. The fire type smiled, he'd seen love struck pokemon before, if his previous experiences were anything to go by Link had been struck pretty damn hard. (OOC: *Shrugs* XD) Turning back to face Anabis who was sitting across from Charmander grabbed a berry and gave it a blast of flames. He munched happily on the warm toasted berry then cooked a few more. "Hey want a berry?" Charmander said holding his short arm out toward the tired looking Trapinch.

OOC: *glares at Chloe* We are.
BIC: Rolling his eyes at the love-pikachu through the tent flap, Blaze meditated on his plans for the camp. Tomorrow he'd show them around if they didn't know the place well enough already, and let them have some fun by the lake and forest. Then they'd catch some magikarp for dinner, or, if they didn't like fish (or thought the idea of eating pokemon was repulsive), they could have some of the fruit in the forest. This "Link" should know his way around anyway... Smiling, Blaze sank into a peaceful dream of his trainer battling it out with him as her favoured pokemon.
